Mindscaping is a therapeutic process where the subject (you) is guided on a journey through the unconscious terrain of their mind, which is rich and full of metaphor and symbology. Discover where you have limitations or problems and make changes effortlessly and immediately. Mindscaping can also be used to create positive, or generative change rather than to just "fix what is wrong." In the words of Dr. Mike Mandel, the creator
"Mindscaping is a way of building a bridge to the unconscious mind of the person you are working with, whereby the unconscious mind of that person offers you , metaphorically, the keys to that will solve their problem. In other words, YOUR unconscious mind gives us the keys to the kingdom."
The work is content free, or with full disclosure if you prefer. What this means is that you do not have to tell me what is bothering you, or what the subject is that you wish to resolve is unless you want to.

Mindscaping can be done in person, or via distance using skype.
The process is simple: After a discussion, you sit back, relax, close your eyes, and follow my guidance. You'll be asked to visualize things, to describe them, and to notice the changes as they occur. It is relaxing, fascinating, and enjoyable, and generally lasts less than an hour. Complementary modalities such as Emotional Freedom Technique may also be utilized.
